Considered to be one of the most credible talk show hosts, Abunda always had the ability to get into the bottom of things and delve into issues that would have otherwise remained a mystery to the public. His ability to take out honest and frank answers from his interviewees is the reason why there was never any question about who would spearhead the show. Banking on Abunda's ability to interview people from all walks of life and relate to them, no less, is the producers' primary consideration in shaping the format of the show around Abunda himself. The King of Talk and his knack for bringing the best, and sometimes the most controversial, out of his interviewees are the foundations for this talk show.
