Face To Face January 11, 2012
Face to face, a controversial tabloid show, is a televised barangay hall wherein two parties will take their problems in front of the Tanods (peacekeeper group). Before the opponents are presented in the show, Perez will first interview the complainant in front of the Sawsaweros (male studio audience) and the Sawsaweras (female studio audience). The audience can ask questions to the complainant. After interviewing the complainant (the white team), the respondent (red team) will be introduced to the audience. A confrontation always occurs between the complainant and the respondent, coupled sometimes by an argument or even a fight scene on stage. The Trio Tagapayo (Public Attorney's Office chief Persida Rueda-Acosta, Atty. Benedicto Acosta and Atty. Jon Philip Reyes) give legal tips and advice to the complainant and respondent. Perez also acts as a peacemaker/negotiator, so the two parties can shake hands. Before the show ends, the host shares her final thoughts (Amy-nan) with the live audience and viewers.
